Action Martial Arts follows the Loudoun County Public School system for closings and delays.  If the Loudoun County schools are closed, we are closed. 

For delays:  If there is a one hour delay, morning preschool classes will be held at normal times.  If there is a 2 hour delay, preschool classes will be held ONE hour later (9 am class will be held at 10 and 9:45 am class will be held at 10:45).

For after school pick-up:  If Loudoun County Public Schools are closed, there will be no after school classes provided.  Action Martial Arts will be closed.

For early dismissal:  If Loudoun County Public Schools announces an early dismissal, the after school program kids will be picked up from school and you will be contacted to come pick them up early.  The school will close after all kids are picked up and no evening classes will be held.
